Shipping & Delivery

All shipping is handled by australia post or courier company (australia wide). Delivery costs* are based on an 'express freight delivery' which means the fastest possible delivery option to your door once your payment is received and your items despatched. Freight will reach most destinations the following business day* (remote/outer delivery areas may take several days to reach). Shipping *Free for $300+ only applies to orders delivered within Australia (New Zealand is excluded from this promotion). Our strict shipping rule of parcels being 'authorised to leave' means that your parcel will be left at your specified address location if nobody is available to receive in person. Signriteonline always tries to get shipments to the customer in the fastest possible timeframe.

Privacy & Security

All personal details that are given to signriteonline are kept totally private to our website. Registering with us makes it easier to keep your own records of previous purchases that you have made with us, and the process for you to buy again much faster. Signriteonline will not release any personal details that you may give to us.

Returns & Replacements

All goods for purchase from signriteonline have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a product is faulty in any way, or you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your item(s), signriteonline will endeavour to replace the item(s) involved, or offer a full refund of the purchase price. We pride ourselves on selling quality products, and will always keep our customers satisfied fully to our ability.

Ordering & Payment

When ordering at our online shop, products can be purchased at any time of the day or night. All of our items are calculated daily for quantity and correct availability of stock, and all orders will be processed as soon as possible from the time of your purchase. Items will not be despatched until full payment is received. Payment with credit card/paypal options are instant. Direct bank transfer purchases will ship once payment is received into our account - Orders done this way will have to be paid within 7 days from the purchase date, otherwise the item(s) will be placed back into our stock line for re-sale and you will lose the order. Customers with a monthly credit account, please refer to full terms and conditions(10).

Signriteonline always offers great value for money. All pricing on every item in our store is in Australian Dollars only (ex Gst). Our pricing is based on a single item purchase, or our small bulk buying process, which enables you (as the buyer) to receive the very best prices on these products. All pricing is layed out easily so you can calculate the amount of items to suit your budget. Any extra promotions will be advertised through our website for all to purchase.

Viewing Orders

You can view your orders and keep records of all your previous purchases in the 'my account' section of our website. All items and prices are listed for your convenience. You can keep track of all order dates and information that you may require. If you have any questions or are having any problems with viewing your orders, please contact us, and we will be able to confirm all the details with you.

Updating Account Information

All your information is stored under the 'my account' section of our website. You must be logged in to view all of your details. You can change or adjust all of your account information to suit your needs, and all new details will be recorded for signriteonline to follow. You can update any of your information whenever it suits you.
